Ok, lots of folks have been askin, what’s up with the studio? Well, for starters, it’s officially called "East 237 Recording Studio" since my other choice was taken. Anyway, it’s cool since it will always remind me of Milpitas…since E237 leads to Milpitas. 
So, that’s taken care of, here’s another update: The studio is halfway built!

(this is the kitchen..house will be one story, but it’ll have a roofdeck.) 
Hopefully, everything will be done by end of October and Carie and I will move into our new house. And I can finally WORK. Sheesh, I’d never thought I’d miss working! Well, until my next post. Miss you all!
